EASTON, Md. – A nonprofit based in Easton is offering help to moms during this tough time by giving out much needed baby supplies.
Choices Pregnancy Center started an emergency aid pickup on Tuesday to help moms who may be struggling to buy items for their child. The center will be giving out diapers, wipes and formula as long as supplies last. The center says many of their clients work in the food industry and have had to file for unemployment so they’re doing what they can to help.
“We know there are going to be a lot of people that have circumstances come up out of their own control and we want to be able to give back to them,” says Kary McLaughlin, the client services manager at Choices Pregnancy Center.
The center is offering this emergency aid pickup on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10 am and 2 pm, as long as supplies last. They ask that you call ahead so they can pack up the items you’ll need and set a pickup time. You can reach them at 410-822-3311 or here online.
