Law360 (January 6, 2021, 10:11 PM EST) — Apple Inc. general counsel Kate Adams earned nearly $4.6 million in 2020, on top of earning stock in the Cupertino, California-based tech giant that could be worth about $21.7 million, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing lodged Tuesday.
Apple said in the filing that Adams made $1 million in salary last year, plus a bonus of just under $3.6 million. Adams’ bonus was based on Apple’s performance as well as hers, the company said.
