A pattern over the PS5 console restocks and drops has emerged, according to tracker accounts dedicated to watching retailers with baited breath as fans await news.
PS5 stock tracker accounts have shared the pattern based on a surprising restock at Smyths Toys on the morning of Friday February 19.
Whether the pattern proves to be true is another thing entirely, but it has certainly breathed life into hopes of acquiring a console in the coming fortnight.
There was a 13 day gap between Smyths two February drops, on February 6 and February 19 respectively, according to a table shared by one tracker account with a huge Twitter following.

GAME restocked initially on February 11, meaning its next could fall on February 24, according to stock watchers on social media today.
ShopTo initially restocked on February 12, meaning a second wave could fall on February 25.
The news is a bit bleaker for Very, Argos and AO, all of which restocked on February 17. A second wave would mean stock dropping on March 2.
And the date for John Lewis could be a day later on March 3, given it restocked on February 18, with its first February wave falling later than its competitors.
There is currently no update on Currys PC World, which has waited for more fresh stock since January 20.
Amazon restocked on February 16, meaning it could restock on March 1.
