LSE – Foresight confirms plans for £500m flotation | Business
The surge in London flotations gained further momentum yesterday when an asset manager focused on renewable energy confirmed that it would pursue a stock market listing that could value it at £500 million.
Foresight Group said that it would push ahead with its plan to join the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange. It said that management cutting their existing stakes in the business would make up 80 per cent of the offer, while the remaining 20 per cent would comprise new shares to raise fresh cash.
