Shares in Rio Tinto tumbled on Friday after Serbia revoked its lithium exploration licenses over environmental concerns, hurting the Anglo-Australian miner’s ambition to become Europe’s largest supplier of the metal used in electric vehicles. Jayson Albano reports.
